2. Information exchange
After contacting us we are going to send you detailed information on M.I.P. and a questionnaire. The questionnaire asks you for the key data of your businnes start-up serving us as a tool with wich we are elaborating the agenda for our first appointment.
3. The first appointment
The first appointment is important for two reasons: At first we would like to introduce you to the vision, the concept and the infra-structure of M.I.P. to give you an impression of the business park as a whole and our services available. At second, we will take the opportunity and enough time to discuss your big idea in great detail and to determine the further steps of our future co-operation.
Basically, there are two ways to meet the financial requirements:
- In case of financing with outside funds, an accurate business plan, the decisional base for investors, has to be elaborated.
- Since the financing is backed up with your own capital resources, and the concept and infra-structure of M.I.P. are meeting your expectations of a modern business park - you can start-up your buiness right after the first appointment. But: Working out a detailed business plan helps you structuring your organization efficiently, defining goals and measures, and conducting target-performance comparisons.
4. Business planning
We have developed a detailed guideline assisting your planning, which we will hand out to you at the end of our first appointment:
The file check.doc contains a checklist, serving you as a leitmotif while phrasing your business plan: the description of your big idea, the relevant market, the competition, the marketing and the distribution, curriculum vitae of the entrepreneurs, details of the company.
The file plan.xls consists of Excel-sheets, and should reflect the operational forecast for the first three years: Marketing budget, turnovers, human resources, investments, sales input other operating expenses.
All documtents will be sighted by our advisers and accountants and checked for completeness and plausibility - and if necessary - according to your plans amended.
5. The business plan
According to the results of our first appointment and the documents you handed in, we are going to set up the actual business plan covering the following topics:

6. StartUp
The detailed business plan is the decisional base for your investors, and the prerequesite of applying for state subsidies. After the confirmation of all investors, you can start-up your business immediately. Jointly we will go through all the formalities in terms of business founding, insurances, employment contracts,...) and you can take advantage of our experiences.
